Concept Provenance Forensics

A side-by-side reading of authored concepts and publicly known initiatives.

What this site does. PROVENIRE parses authored conceptual documents and identifies thematic, structural and lexical overlap with publicly announced organizational initiatives. It produces a timeline, a concept-atom inventory, side-by-side citations, a dimensional radar, and a downloadable analysis report.

Default demonstration. The default dataset uses three documents authored by Nedim Hodžić between November 2023 and July 2025, read alongside two publicly known Al Jazeera Media Network initiatives — aj360 (announced September 2024) and The Core (announced December 2025). The demonstration is illustrative; any other pair of authored concept and comparator material can be loaded under Run Your Own Analysis.

Disclaimer This tool performs comparative concept analysis. It does not allege misappropriation, plagiarism or infringement. Conceptual overlap between independent works can arise from shared industry trends, parallel development, common references, or unrelated convergent thinking. Findings are informational and non-evidentiary.

01 — Default demonstration

Concept atoms identified
High-strength matches (≥ 0.85)
Verbatim quotations linked
Authoring window

Each atom is a discrete concept observed in the source documents, with its strength of comparator echo. Click to expand quotations.

Verbatim quotations from the source set, paired by theme. Quotations are presented unedited, with original spelling.

Dimensional intensity per dataset. Larger area indicates broader thematic surface; overlap of areas indicates shared conceptual footprint.

Conceptual lineage diagram. Lines indicate semantic continuity; thickness scales with the strength of comparator echo. Layout is illustrative, not evidentiary.

Source documents

Conceptual material authored by you (PDF). Multiple files allowed.

    Comparator material

Public launch material, decks, transcripts (PDF or .txt).

A keyword-vector overlap is computed across a fixed set of concept dimensions. For deep semantic forensics, the curated default analysis above is more comprehensive.

      03 — Simulated realizations

What might have been built, side by side with what was built.

Each simulation reconstructs a launch page as it could have appeared if the authored concept had been realized at the time. The simulations are creative reconstructions; they highlight conceptual overlap with one named comparator only.
